I recently received an Honor Pad X9 from a friend who lives abroad. He gave it to me because the screen has scratches and he no longer uses it. After doing a factory reset, I'm now stuck at the Google account verification step. I've tried following multiple YouTube tutorials, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to bypass this?

Why not just create your own Google account? That way, you can access the tablet without needing the previous owner's info. Can you share what exactly the verification message says? Maybe that'll help in figuring out the next steps. I might have some other tips for you!
I get it, but it’s actually asking for the previous user's account, not mine. I tried putting in my own account, but it still didn’t work!
