I'm trying to update the BIOS for my laptop since I can't play a game called BO7 due to an issue with TPM 2.0 being disabled. My current BIOS version is from American Megatrends (N.1.20GAL02), dated April 3, 2021, and the version on my motherboard is 3.42.0.5. I found out that certain versions can't launch the game. My motherboard is made by TFH, and I believe it's a GK5NRFO model, but I can't locate any BIOS update files. How can I update the BIOS for my laptop?
