I'm having a major issue with my BitLocker. I can't seem to bypass it, even with the recovery key. The weird part is that my mouse and keyboard aren't recognized on the Windows Command Prompt, but they work fine in the BIOS settings. I'm really frustrated with this situation, and I'd love some guidance on how to resolve it. Any suggestions?

Have you tried turning off Fast Boot in your BIOS settings? That might help get your keyboard and mouse working at the BitLocker screen.
I tried that, but it still didn’t help. My mouse and keyboard are still not working.
