Definitely test it out plugged into Fan2 and see how the temperatures respond. Sometimes it's just a matter of connecting it to the designated headers to get the cooling working properly.
You’ll want to make sure the pump from your cooler is connected to the correct header. It should either be on the 'CPUFAN' or 'AIOPMP' header for optimal performance.
