I'm having an issue where my Ethernet connection drops when I try to download large files or multiple sizable files at once. It happens specifically when using qBittorrent, but I've noticed that it completely disrupts the internet connection for the entire computer. The only way to restore the connection is to restart the network adapter through the settings, but this only works temporarily, usually for about five minutes before it disconnects again. Interestingly, another computer connected to the same network doesn't experience this problem.
I'm running Windows 11 on an Intel i5-11400 with 16GB of RAM and using the Intel Ethernet Connection (14) 1219-V. My internet speed is gigabit with no restrictions. I've already checked power management settings, made sure to reinstall the drivers, and rebooted the adapter, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I'm really stuck and would appreciate any insight into what might be causing this issue and how to fix it.

What files are you trying to download with qBittorrent? Sometimes certain types of files can cause network issues. Also, check if you’re using too many connections or if your upload speeds might be throttling your download.
Have you tried changing the Ethernet cable or using a different port on your router? Sometimes just swapping those can help with disconnection issues. Also, updating your router's firmware could potentially resolve any lingering network problems.

My group of friends shares a lot of artistic content using BitTorrent, both completed works and media still in progress. Maybe that's what's causing issues!
