I've been trying to get three monitors to work together, but I'm running into some problems. I want to connect two monitors to my GPU and one to the integrated graphics of my CPU. When I use a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter for the A17, my main monitor turns off, yet it's still listed in the display settings, and extending the display doesn't do anything. It looks like you're missing the correct drivers for your GPU. Ensure that you've installed the latest AMD graphics drivers; this could help with your low-resolution issue. Using a good-quality HDMI adapter might also save you some hassle.
Make sure HDR is disabled on all your monitors. I had a similar setup, and turning off HDR made everything work properly for me. Sometimes, HDR can cause conflicts with multiple display outputs.
