I'm looking to build a gaming PC for around $1400 (about 5000 PLN) that will perform well for 1080p gaming now and into the future. I already have 16GB of 3200MHz Ballistix RAM, so I'm focusing on a DDR4 build since DDR5 is still too pricey for my budget. Here's what I'm thinking for the build: a GPU like the ASRock Steel Legend RX9060XT 16GB, paired with an i5 12600F CPU (with an Endorfy Fera 5 cooler), a 750W Gold+ Seasonic PSU, an ASRock B760 PRO motherboard, an MSI MPG Velox 100R case (considering adding two more fans), and a 1TB Lexar NQ790 m.2 SSD. Does anyone have suggestions for changes or improvements to maximize performance within this price range? Also, is it true that the Ryzen AM4 platform is becoming outdated? I'm a bit concerned about the voltage issues with the newer Intel 13th and 14th gen CPUs—should I be worried about that?

You could definitely switch to an AM5 platform with that budget if you shop around. Prices can shift between countries a lot, so it might help to price-check locally. If the 14600KF is good for you, then go for it—just make sure it fits your cooling solution since those do get a bit toasty! Good luck!
I checked prices in Germany, and you might get a more powerful setup for the same budget—like the Intel Core i5-14600KF, which should be reliable despite the recent Intel chip issues. You could pair that with a Gainward GeForce RTX 5070 Phoenix and a solid MSI PRO B760-P motherboard. The total might come in at a similar price point but with enhanced gaming performance. Just keep in mind that you might have to adjust your GPU choice based on local pricing, as the 5070 is notably more expensive in Poland. If you’re set on the RX9060XT, that’s okay, but the 14600KF is a great option if reliability is your concern.
Your parts list looks solid! Just make sure to check the availability of those parts since prices can vary a lot.

True, it’s all about local pricing! Just remember that the 12th to 14th gen Intel chips use the same socket, so you're safe there. Good luck with your build!
