Advice for Building a Low-Budget PC

I'm looking to create a budget-friendly PC build and need some guidance. I want to make sure the build is AM5 compatible for future upgrades. Is 16GB of RAM enough for most tasks? Also, will the CPU be a bottleneck for my setup? My gaming doesn't require super high specs and I'm using a 1080p monitor with a 180Hz refresh rate. Do you think this build will work well for my needs? Thanks in advance!

It seems like there might be an issue with the PCPartPicker link you shared. Make sure to use the correct permalink when you post it. If you're uncertain about how to generate one, you can always refer to the guides available online for creating a proper part list.

Are you near a Microcenter? That could help you get some good parts for a lower price. Also, I noticed you have a GPU listed for $200. Is that one you already own, or are you buying it from someone?

I found a few GPUs on eBay around that price. Is eBay a safe place to shop for used GPUs?
