Advice Needed for Building a Future-Proof PC

Hey folks! I'm diving into a new PC build and want it to be really future-proof, so I'm prepared to spend a bit extra. I've got a great starting point with an RTX 4070 Ti Super from my old setup, so I'm looking for help picking the right CPU and other components. I'm currently considering either the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D or 9850X3D for the CPU, but I'm open to other suggestions if something else stands out. I also need guidance on choosing the motherboard, RAM, cooler, power supply, and any other essentials to go with it. I'm based in the UK, and my budget is between £1800-2000. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Check out this build I put together: [PCPartPicker Build](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/8xB7Pf). It's working really well for me, and I think you'd like it too! I went with a clean look, not too much RGB, just a nice subtle white throughout the case. I've got two SSDs—one Gen 5 for gaming and a 1TB Gen 4 for Windows and other indie titles. It fits comfortably within your budget as well!

It might be helpful to add your budget and location to get more tailored advice. But as for CPU choices, if you’re already eyeing the 9800X3D or 9850X3D, either would be a solid pick, especially for future-proofing. It really depends on what you’ll be using your PC for, but those options are definitely high-tier!

Just a tip—air coolers can be a great option if you’re looking for performance, but I totally get wanting a sleek look. If RGB isn’t your style, focusing on a minimal aesthetic can really elevate your build.
