Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my storage and need some advice. I've got a Gigabyte B650 AORUS Elite AX motherboard with a 2TB WD Black SSD already installed. It has three M.2 slots, but I'm unsure about what to choose for a secondary SSD. Specifically, I want to know if I should go for one with or without a heat shield. I've seen some info suggesting heat shields may not fit in certain setups. I also have a Gigabyte Sapphire Pulse 7800 XT GPU. Any thoughts?

You can pick any Gen 4.0 SSD that you like! There's really no need for a heat sink unless you’re pushing it to the limits.
Is PCIe 4.0 the same as Gen 4? I'm considering the WD Black SN850X 4TB.
