Advice Needed for Upgrading My Prebuilt PC

I'm looking to upgrade my prebuilt gaming PC to enhance my experience at 1440p. Here are the specs of my current setup: it has an RTX 4060Ti 8GB graphics card, an i5-12400F processor, and an MSI Pro B760-VC HS motherboard (which has some issues saving settings despite BIOS updates and a CMOS replacement). My power supply is an MSI MAG A750GL 750W and I recently upgraded my RAM to 32GB DDR5 from 16GB.

I'm considering these components for the upgrade: an MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI ATX LGA1700 motherboard, a Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER graphics card, and an i5-13600K CPU. I'd appreciate any suggestions or recommendations on these parts, along with tips on where to buy them at the best prices.

Those upgrades sound solid! Just be careful with the pricing, especially on the RTX 4070 SUPER since it's pretty hard to find new, and the used market can be pricey too. Can I ask if you're looking at buying used parts or new ones? Also, it would help to know your country and budget for better advice!

I'm based in the US with a budget of $1000 to $1300, but I'm trying to save as much as possible. I've seen some graphics cards on eBay, but not many options on Newegg.

If you're tight on budget, consider checking local listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist for used parts. You might find better deals there compared to eBay. And for your graphics card, keep an eye out for sales or discounts during holiday events to snag a better deal.
