I'm looking to build a decent DDR4 gaming PC for my girlfriend since the prices for DDR5 components are currently through the roof. Her current setup is quite outdated, with a 9th gen Intel i5 processor, RX 570 graphics card, and 16GB of RAM, which just isn't cutting it for her gaming needs. She plays games like World of Warcraft, PUBG, League of Legends, and Hogwarts Legacy, and I'd like to help her run these, especially on her 180Hz monitor, at around 200 FPS if possible (with the exception of WoW, which gets intense during raids). I'm aiming for a budget of around 1,000 euros, but I'm flexible if we need to go a bit higher. I'm leaning towards an Intel processor since they still support DDR4 up through the 14th generation, and I was considering something like an RX 6800 XT. Any recommendations?

If it were my choice, I'd suggest you look at the RX 7900 or 7900 XT. Upgrading to another 16GB of RAM would also help a lot. If she doesn't already have a 1440p monitor, consider getting one! For the CPU, going for an i7-9700K or anything newer would be a solid investment. That way, she can have a powerful PC for a few years until DDR5 prices drop.
Before diving in, can you let us know what her current PC setup is? Also, which country are you buying the parts in? That info would help tailor the recommendations better!
Her current PC consists of a 9th gen i5 processor, an RX 570, and 16GB of RAM. It's pretty underwhelming by today’s standards. We're looking to buy in the Balkans, like Bosnia, Serbia, or Croatia.

Thanks, I had someone else mention the RX 7600 XT. Do you think it’s worth going for that and then putting more into the RAM and processor like you suggested?
