My AirPods Pro 2 pair successfully with my Windows 11 PC, but I can't hear any sound through them. I've tried the usual troubleshooting steps and updated my Intel drivers. Other AirPods connect and play audio normally on this computer, and these AirPods work properly with my phone, so the problem seems specific to this AirPods-and-PC combination. The AirPods are also running the latest firmware. What else can I check?

The AirPods’ firmware is updated, so the next thing to focus on is the Windows Bluetooth audio profile or driver rather than the AirPods themselves. Remove the AirPods from Bluetooth devices, restart the PC, then pair them again. If they appear as both a headset and headphones, choose the stereo/headphones output for normal audio instead of the hands-free headset profile.
Since they pair successfully, this probably isn’t a pairing-mode problem. Check Windows’ sound output selector and make sure the AirPods are selected as the active playback device rather than your speakers or another Bluetooth profile. You can also open the device’s sound settings and verify that the volume isn’t muted.
They connect and show up correctly, but I still can’t get any audio from them. Other AirPods work on the same PC.

They’re already on the latest firmware, and the issue only happens with this particular pair on this PC.
