We’re seeing connection failures too, so it may not be isolated to your setup. I’d compare across a couple of tenants or workloads before drawing a conclusion, and keep an eye on the service health page since official updates can lag behind reports from affected users.

Check whether the symptoms line up across different Graph calls and authentication flows. If only one integration is failing, its credentials or behavior could be the cause. If unrelated requests and PIM are both affected, that points more toward a broader service issue, though it still needs confirmation.

Could be worth checking whether any recent OAuth reauthentication changes are affecting a connected app. That was raised as a possibility, but there’s no clear evidence here that it explains the Graph errors or PIM delays.
