Anyone Successfully Used Azure Universal Print with New SHARP Printers?

I recently acquired several new SHARP printers under a service contract, and I've run into some issues with their integration with Azure Universal Print. Despite SHARP printers being advertised as having native support for Azure Universal Print, I'm struggling to get them registered properly. After checking everything on our end and confirming it's not a network issue, I've noticed that even after registration, it takes a very long time for the printers to show as 'Ready' in Azure, and they won't accept print jobs, making it impossible for users to find them. I've reached out to the vendor for support, but they seem clueless and have supposedly contacted SHARP for further assistance. Has anyone had any success getting newer SHARP models to work with Azure Universal Print?

Just to check, have you updated the firmware on the SHARP printers? Sometimes, having the latest version can resolve many compatibility issues.

Yes, I've confirmed all the printers are on the latest firmware.

Have you tried contacting your Microsoft support? It might be helpful to confirm if there are any issues on their end regarding your tenant setup or any compatibility problems. Sometimes the issue lies in the configuration that isn’t immediately visible.

I haven't reached out to Microsoft yet. I really believe it’s a device issue, but I’ll consider getting their input.
