I just finished building a new PC with a Ryzen 7 9700X, an NZXT Kraken Plus 280mm AIO, and a Corsair 480T Airflow case. While gaming, NZXT CAM reports about 33°C liquid temperature, 62°C CPU temperature, roughly 2300 RPM pump speed, and around 900 RPM fan speed. The processor usually stays above 4.7 GHz during gameplay and occasionally reaches 5.3 GHz, so I rarely see it at its base clock. Are these temperatures and boost clocks expected, or should I adjust my BIOS settings or fan curves? I was also unsure whether the relatively high pump speed was a concern.

There is no problem here. AMD’s AM5 processors can safely operate up to roughly 95°C under sustained workloads, and you are nowhere near that limit. The CPU will not remain at its base clock during gaming because boost behavior is meant to raise frequency whenever the workload benefits from it.
A pump speed around 2300 RPM is not automatically a warning sign. Many AIO pumps are intended to run at a fairly constant high speed, while the fans adjust more noticeably based on temperature. With coolant at 33°C and the CPU at 62°C, the cooler appears to be working properly.
Those temperatures are completely normal—62°C while gaming is actually quite cool for a modern Ryzen processor. The 9700X is designed to boost aggressively whenever there is thermal and power headroom, so seeing 4.7–5.3 GHz during gameplay is expected. You can comfortably allow it to run warmer, even around 80°C, without worrying about normal longevity. Your fan curve could probably be relaxed if noise is an issue.

That was the part I was most unsure about, but it sounds like the pump speed is normal for this cooler. Thanks for clarifying.
