Totally agree! The surge of AI tools feels like the new SaaS sprawl. My team actually hit pause on adopting any new AI tools until we can sift through what's genuinely useful and what's just causing more headaches. One thing that's helped is insisting on open APIs from vendors before we even consider them. If they can't integrate well from the start, it's a no-go for us. We also run everything through a sort of 'integration sanity check' with IT to keep things under control before adding more tools. Heres hoping we can figure it out!
