Are Asrock, Asus, and Be Quiet power supplies dependable and safe?

I'm looking into buying a power supply for my upcoming PC build, and I know that it's super important not to skimp on this component. I've come across three brands: Asrock, Asus, and Be Quiet. Since Asrock is newer to the power supply scene, I'm wondering if they're any good compared to the more established Be Quiet and Asus. What specific models from these brands would you recommend for reliability and safety?
