Are GPU Prices Still Outrageous or Getting Better?

I'm thinking about building a new PC this summer and I'm curious about the current state of GPU prices. I bought my 3060 for around $800 back in 2021, and now I'm eyeing a 4070 to pair with a 5800x. Do you think the GPU market has improved at all?

Yeah, the new GPU prices are pretty rough. If you're looking at new cards, you might find luck in the used market instead. I scored a 2080Ti for just $60 and a 4070 12GB for $340 on Facebook Marketplace. Just be careful and inspect everything before buying—try to bring someone along during meetups for safety!
