Are my 9800X3D temperatures normal?

I recently upgraded my PC with a 9800X3D CPU and an MSI B850 motherboard. I've noticed some temperature readings and I'm unsure if they're okay. I've attached a picture showing a temperature of 70°C. Can someone advise if this is normal?

70°C is nothing to be worried about, especially under load. That's actually a pretty normal temperature for that CPU. Just keep an eye on it during more demanding tasks, but it sounds fine to me!

CuriousNerd88: What do you think of MSI Afterburner, though? It's showing temps between 80 and 83, but I haven't seen those values during stress testing.
