Are My CPU Temps Too High for the 7900X?

I've got a Ryzen 7900X, and I'm noticing some pretty high temperatures. Even when idling, I'm seeing temps around 50-60 degrees Celsius, and under light load, they jump to over 70. During Cinebench, it consistently hits 95 degrees! I'm using a DeepCool AK620 air cooler, which should technically manage the heat. Should I be concerned about these temperatures, or is this normal?

Those temps are definitely on the high side! First, make sure you've got a decent amount of thermal paste applied. Also, check that the cooler is firmly attached to the CPU. What's the voltage setting at? It could also help to update CPU driversโ€”sometimes those can keep temps in check. Let me know if you need guidance with that.

CautiousUser21: I havenโ€™t messed with the drivers or voltage settings yet. I think I applied enough thermal paste, but I could be wrong about the coolerโ€™s efficiency. Can you help me set those things up?
