Are My New AM5 System Temperatures Normal?

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my setup from a B450 with a 3600X to an MSI B850M Mortar and a 7600X3D. I'm using a custom cooling loop, and I've noticed that my CPU hits around 80°C during Cinebench when all cores are maxed out. When idle, it sits between 30-40°C. I'm not quite sure if these temperatures are acceptable, especially since AMD has some specific thermal management. I heard from a chatbot that it's alright but mentioned tweaking the precision boost in the BIOS to lower the voltage a bit. Thoughts?

Honestly, those temps are totally fine! AMD chips are designed to handle a lot of heat, and as long as you're under 95°C, you should be good. Just make sure your cooling solution is working properly. No need to mess with it unless you're hitting that upper limit.

Exactly! And remember, under heavy loads like Cinebench, temps can spike, but as long as they normalize when not under load, you’re in the clear!
