I'm new to PC building and I'm not sure if my specs are up to par. I've put together a list on PCPartPicker, and I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions for changes or if everything looks good as is. My goal is to keep the price around the same as it currently is. Also, I plan on using this PC without Windows unless I can afford it later on.

You might want to rethink the liquid cooler for your 9600X; it's not really necessary. If your budget allows, go for 32GB of RAM now since prices are likely to go up. The RX 6600 XT is a strong card for your setup and should serve you well for a decent amount of time. Just a heads up, I prefer a quieter build, and those liquid coolers can get noisy over time, not to mention the RGB lights can be a bit much!
