Are There Any Problems With This $2,300 Gaming PC Build?

I'm moving from an Xbox Series X to PC and have put together a first draft with a total cost of roughly $2,300. Some component prices are lower for me because of cashback offers, business pricing, or items I found locally. I already own the peripherals and will be gaming on a 32-inch Samsung G7 QD-OLED monitor (LS32HG732SNXZA). The planned build includes a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Radeon RX 9070 XT, 32GB of DDR5 memory, a 2TB NVMe SSD, and an 850W power supply. Are there any poor component choices, compatibility concerns, or oversights I should address before buying?

An 850W power supply should be sufficient for this setup, assuming it’s a reputable unit with the appropriate connectors. The 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT don’t require a 1,000W model, so moving up to one would mostly add cost rather than meaningful headroom.

The motherboard, memory, and power supply look overpriced for what they provide. You could likely save quite a bit by choosing a less expensive B850 board, more reasonably priced DDR5, and a comparable quality 850W unit. The graphics card also appears to be around $100 more expensive than necessary, so it’s worth comparing other RX 9070 XT models.
