After years of waiting, I'm finally ready to buy a PC! The market seems tough right now, but I've heard it could get worse, so I feel like it's now or never. I'm mainly going to use this PC for gaming and am considering building it with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an RTX 5080. Do these specs seem reasonable? Is there anything I should change? Check out the details in my PC specs link!

Absolutely, that setup is top-tier for gaming. Just ensure you have good airflow in your case, and that both your cooler and PSU are high-quality. Other than that, it’s a solid long-term choice with minor tweaks if needed.
Looks good to me! Just make sure to invest in a monitor that can take advantage of your build. A 4K OLED or a high-quality 1440p widescreen OLED would be perfect. There's nothing worse than building a $2,000+ rig and connecting it to a low-quality monitor. If you're playing titles like Counter-Strike, you might consider a 320hz TN panel, but otherwise, go for the good stuff!

I have the same case as you, and it does a great job keeping temperatures in check.
