I'm about to buy my first PC and I'm wondering if these specs are any good: RTX 3060 (12GB), i7-9700KF, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, and a 1TB HDD. I'm looking for a setup that can handle video editing as well as gaming. What do you think?

Honestly, the specs are decent, but you'd want to consider the price. If it's around £468 like you mentioned, that's a bit high, especially with that SSD size and the older CPU. A small SSD can limit your gaming options unless you're okay with playing just one game at a time.
I’d recommend swapping out the i7-9700KF for a Ryzen 5600 to prevent bottlenecking the RTX 3060. Also, the HDD isn’t the best choice for gaming; games load much faster on SSDs. If you're serious about gaming and editing, look for a larger SSD instead of relying solely on the HDD for storage.
You should be aiming for a budget closer to £330-375 for a setup like this. Just keep in mind that the HDD is okay for storage but not ideal for performance. You might want to upgrade the SSD if you're planning to play newer games or do video editing.

Thanks for the insight! I haven't bought it yet; I'm just trying to feel out what makes sense for gaming and editing.
