AWS Cloud Quest Lab Opens the Regular Console Instead of the Sandbox

I'm working on my recertification and just started an AWS Cloud Quest lab. When I select the console or lab environment, it opens the normal AWS sign-in page instead of launching the provided sandbox. I've restarted the lab several times, but the behavior hasn't changed. Has anyone found a fix, or is there another way to access the lab before my certification expires?

If those browser troubleshooting steps don’t work, contact the training and certification support team through their official contact form. Include the lab name, when the issue started, screenshots if possible, and mention the upcoming certification expiration so they can investigate the account and sandbox access.

Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then launch the lab again. Using a different browser or a private/incognito window may also help if an old session or stored credentials are interfering with the sandbox login.
