I'm in the process of building a system with an Intel 14600k CPU and I'm trying to decide between the B760m Aorus Elite and the B760m Tuf Gaming motherboards. What do you all think is the better choice for this setup?

You might want to reconsider using a B760 motherboard for the 14600k. Many of them come with weaker VRMs that can restrict the CPU's power, and they might not be suitable for overclocking. A Z790 board would be a much better fit and would give you more room to work with. The Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX is a solid choice in a similar price range.
For a solid premium budget option, I would recommend the Asus Tuf, MSI MAG, and ASRock Riptide boards. I'm not too sure about the Gigabyte options though.
Are you guys feeling confident about the Intel 14th gen processors now?
Honestly, there's not a huge difference between the two boards, but I lean towards the Aorus Elite. It tends to have slightly better features overall.

Most of the time, the i5s are pretty safe since they're not as power-hungry. The issues were mainly with the i7s and i9s. From what I hear, i7s are safer now, but i9s can still be hit or miss with stability after a few months.
