I've been having issues with my new build that features a Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi 6E motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, a Gigabyte RTX 5080 Windforce OC 16 GB graphics card, and 32 GB of GoodRam IRDM DDR5 RAM. Every time I update the BIOS or tweak any settings, the computer freezes on reboot and shows an error message saying, 'Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.' After it restarts, everything works fine. I'm curious if this problem could lead to any serious issues down the line and if there's a way to fix it. Any advice?

It sounds like the issue could be related to enabling XMP or EXPO for your RAM. Sometimes, if those settings aren't stable, it can cause weird behaviors like you're seeing. It might be worth looking into that to see if that's what’s triggering the freeze.
Have you tried loading the default settings in the BIOS? It's a good way to reset everything and then you can change one setting at a time to pinpoint the problem. Just remember to save before exiting!

I actually did that, but it didn't seem to help. I still ended up with the same error during the boot process.
