You should check Altium forums to see what specs others are using for similar workloads. I upgraded to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, but didn't find it made much difference for Kicad, which could be similar in your case.
Go for the Ryzen 7 5700X or 5900X if your budget allows. The price-to-cores ratio is fantastic and should significantly help with your workload. Just a reminder, the RX 570 might become the next bottleneck after the CPU upgrade, especially for 3D tasks.
