Best CMS Options for a Redesign of My Gaming Website?

I'm currently revamping a website for an online gaming platform, similar to CrazyGames or Poki, which is built with SvelteKit. The goal is not just a visual makeover, but also to enhance our marketing efforts by adding SEO-optimized landing pages and blog content. I've primarily worked with WordPress in the past, which I find quite flexible, but my developer recommends staying solely within SvelteKit for everything. My concern is that if we rely entirely on SvelteKit, I could become too dependent on the developer for even minor marketing updates. Additionally, the site needs to be fast and allow users to access games in just a couple of clicks. I'm leaning towards a solution that is easier to manage like WordPress, without sacrificing SEO performance or site speed. What CMS options would work best for my needs?

Yeah, a headless CMS could really be the way to go for you. It allows your developer to build the site independently, freeing you up to make content updates without always having to go back to them. It keeps everything smooth and efficient!

Have you considered going with a headless CMS? You can keep SvelteKit for the frontend, which is fast and SEO-friendly, but use something like Sanity or Contentful for your marketing pages. This way, the developer builds the components once, and you get a visual editor for creating and managing your blog and landing pages. It's a great hybrid approach allowing you to take charge of the content while keeping your site's performance high.

I actually used AI to create a custom CMS with a user interface and a builder/publisher application. It took me a few hours to perfect since I had a clear vision of how the components should look. It's definitely a unique approach, but it gives you full control without the developer's constant involvement for marketing page changes.

That’s a wild idea! I love the concept of using AI to create a CMS that matches exactly what I envision. It sounds perfect for having full control over the design and functionality!
