I'm on the hunt for a motherboard that works with the Intel i9 14900K, but I specifically need one that supports DDR4 RAM since I already have 128GB DDR4 and can't justify the expense of upgrading to DDR5 right now. I've heard that Z790 and Z690 models are solid choices, but I can't seem to find any DDR4-compatible versions. If anyone has recommendations, I'd really appreciate it! My maximum budget is £190 and my current RAM is Corsair Vengeance RGB, running at 3600MHz.

You might want to check out the MSI Z690 Pro A. It looks like a decent option, although availability can be a bit tricky. I found it mostly used or renewed, so that might be something to consider.
Why not consider spending a bit more? I found this ASUS ROG Strix Z790-A Gaming WiFi D4 motherboard, which is slightly above your budget but might be worth it for such a high-end build. Also, you could check eBay for an NZXT N5 Z690, which is around £171 or the N7 for £195.
