I'm putting together a gaming PC with a Ryzen 5 5600 and aiming to hit around $800 total for the build. I'm specifically looking for a graphics card that can handle 1440p at 60 fps. I'd rather not delve into the used market, so I'm seeking recommendations for new options. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The 9600 XT with 16GB could be a solid choice for your setup! It's a nice balance between performance and cost.
For your budget, I'd recommend the RX 9060 XT or, if you can stretch a bit, the RTX 5070. Both would pair nicely with your Ryzen 5 and handle 1440p well.
What’s your budget looking like? Also, what other components are you considering for your build?
My max budget is about $850. Here’s what I have so far: Aorus Elite B550M motherboard for $90, a Gigabyte P650G 650W power supply for $55, 32GB (2x16GB) Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM for $70, an Ambra Black PC case for $60, and a 1TB Kingston M.2 NVMe SSD for $36, plus the Ryzen 5 5600 for around $100. That leaves me with around $400 to spend on a GPU.
I’ll definitely keep an eye out for deals on the 9060 XT, especially the 16GB version since the 8GB isn't worth the price. I was also considering the 7700 XT since it’s a bit cheaper, but I'm nervous about potential bottlenecking with the 9060 XT.
