Hey everyone! I've been reading a lot about the concerns regarding Windows privacy and bloatware lately. I'm seriously considering making the switch to Linux but I'm not quite sure which distribution would be the best fit for me. My use case is pretty balanced between gaming and school work. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

A lot of people recommend Linux Mint as a great starting point because it’s quite user-friendly and hard to break. If you're looking for alternatives, Zorin OS is also pretty cool. Then there’s Ubuntu or Kubuntu if you want something familiar to Windows.
