Hey everyone! I'm new to building PCs and I'm looking for some recommendations on SSDs. I have a B365M PRO-VH motherboard and I'm not sure what SSDs would be compatible. I know prices are a bit high right now, so I could use some help figuring out what to look for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I recommend going for a Samsung M.2 SSD, as they are quite reliable. Just keep in mind that your motherboard only supports PCIe 3.0, so there's no need to spend extra on a PCIe 4.0 or 5.0 SSD if you won't be upgrading anytime soon.

True, plus you only have one M.2 slot to work with, so make sure to check if it's already being used!

If you want a mix of quality and price, brands like Kingston and Kioxia are solid choices too. Anything decent from them would serve you well, especially with current SSD prices being what they are.

It depends on what you're looking for. Do you prioritize speed, capacity, longevity, or something else? I can suggest specific drives if I know what you value most!

I'm leaning towards speed (random access) and capacity, if that helps!
