Best Upgrades for My PC Setup?

I've been using my current PC setup for about three years now, only upgrading the GPU last year. Lately, I've been really frustrated with how loud the stock cooler is on my Intel Core i3-12100F. I'm considering upgrading the CPU if I find a good deal, but for now, I'm interested in replacing the stock CPU cooler. I want to know what options I have that not only will quiet things down but will also be compatible if I decide to upgrade the CPU later on. Here's a link to my build for reference: [my build](https://imgur.com/a/YYsz751).

If you're looking for a quieter and more efficient cooler, I'd recommend checking out the Thermalright Phantom Spirit. It's known for good performance and low noise levels, and it should serve you well even if you decide to upgrade your CPU later on.

Will this cooler fit in my PC case?
