Hey everyone! I'm looking to improve my prebuilt PC's performance for gaming, specifically to achieve stable 100 FPS or at least 60 FPS at 1080p. Here are my current specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 PRO 2400G
- GPU: Integrated Vega 11
- Motherboard: ASUS PRIME A320M-K
- RAM: 16 GB (1x16) DDR4 3200 MHz
- Storage: 1 TB SATA SSD
- PSU: LNZ FB550-LX 550W
- Cooling: Stock CPU cooler with one extra case fan
- Monitor: 22" 1080p 100 Hz

I mainly play games like Minecraft, Fortnite, Rocket League, CS2, Terraria, and Subnautica. My budget is around $500 USD, and I plan to upgrade one component at a time. Which component should I upgrade first and why?

To really boost your performance, getting a dedicated GPU is key. It will likely take up a big chunk of your budget, around $250-350 for something like an RTX 3060 or RX 9060 XT. Once you sort that out, consider upgrading your CPU too, ideally trying to grab a Ryzen 5 5600 or similar. With these changes, you should see significant improvements in your frame rates!

Thanks for the tip! I’m also thinking about how to fit these upgrades within my budget.
