Best Value Upgrades from an RTX 3060 and i5 10400?

I'm looking for some guidance on upgrading my son's gaming setup. He's 12 and loves playing games like Fortnite and Roblox. Currently, he has an NVIDIA RTX 3060, an Intel i5 10400, and 16GB of RAM. I'm trying to figure out the best value-for-money upgrades that will improve his performance without drastically overspending. I'd prefer not to change the CPU if possible, so I want advice that focuses on maximizing what we have. We're not ruling out getting a new computer down the line, but for now, what would you recommend for improving FPS based on his current specs?

But if the games he loves are more CPU-bound, your i5 10400 might hold you back since it’s similar in performance to older CPUs, like the Ryzen 5 3600, which aren’t that great in CPU-demanding games now.
