Best way to connect AIO pump and fans on X870e Aorus Pro Ice?

I'm putting together a PC using the X870e Pro Ice motherboard. I plan to utilize a NZXT Kraken Elite 2024 AIO cooler and switch the included single frame fan for three TT Swafans. I'm a bit confused about where to connect the fans and the pump on my motherboard. Should I use the CPU_Fan and CPU_Opt headers, or plug into Fan5/Fan6 for the pump? Any help would be appreciated!

You should check the top right corner of the motherboard. You’ll find at least three fan headers there. The middle one is labeled CPU_FAN, and there should also be a CPU_AIO header for your pump. Based on the specs, you can connect your setup like this: pump to the CPU_AIO header and fans to CPU_Fan and any of the system fan headers. Just make sure to reference your manual for the exact labeling!

I found a diagram in the manual that shows the top three fan headers. They are labeled CPU_Opt, CPU_Fan, and SYS_Fan4. There doesn’t seem to be a dedicated AIO pump header, so make sure to plug your pump into one of the appropriate headers.

Check out the image from their website; it's a bit pixelated, but it looks like they have a CPU_CP header for cooling pumps! That might be what you're looking for.

If you’re using the Aorus Waterforce X II, keep in mind that the pump wire has a USB connector. You'll need to plug that into one of the bottom USB headers on the motherboard instead of the fan headers. Just something to consider as you're setting everything up!
