I had an accident in the lab and spilled some white powder on my MacBook. I cleaned the surface with alcohol, but there's still some powder lingering under the keyboard. Does anyone know how to effectively clean underneath the keys?

Just out of curiosity, what was the substance? If it’s really a carcinogen, you might want to be careful with cleaning methods!
If you have access to a negative airflow enclosure, I’d suggest putting your laptop in there and using compressed air. It’ll blow the contaminants out while keeping everything contained.
Have you thought about a keyboard vacuum? They’re designed for this kinda thing and can help pick up dust and small particles without causing any damage.
You could try using compressed air to blow out the residue. It might help dislodge any powder stuck under the keys without having to take the keyboard apart.
