My Bluetooth drive suddenly stopped working, and while troubleshooting I ended up changing BIOS settings with some assistance. I was told to disable Secure Boot and Fast Boot, but after restarting, the computer went straight to the BitLocker recovery screen. None of my keyboards respond there, even after trying several different ones. I also tried resetting CMOS, and now the system gets stuck in a BIOS reboot loop whenever I save and exit. What should I try next?

The BitLocker screen should explain how to retrieve the recovery key. If the drive is linked to a Microsoft account, sign in from another device and look for the saved BitLocker recovery key. You’ll need that key before Windows can unlock the drive.
After resetting CMOS, I’m now stuck in a BIOS reboot loop whenever I choose Save and Exit.
