I ran into a BitLocker Recovery screen when booting my computer. After entering my recovery password a few times, I still ended up back at the recovery screen. I also tried all the reboot/reset options in the advanced settings, but nothing worked. I discovered the command 'manage-bde -status c:' to check the status of my drive, but almost every field comes back as unknown. Can anyone help me understand what this means?

Those unknown fields often indicate that the BitLocker encryption is preventing data access due to the drive being locked. Make sure you're using the correct recovery key. If you've tried that and still have issues, consider checking if your system BIOS recognizes the drive properly—it could impact how BitLocker functions.
When you see unknown fields in the BitLocker status check, it usually means the drive is still locked, so the fields are encrypted and can't be accessed. To resolve this, you may need to ensure you're inputting the correct recovery password. If multiple attempts are getting you nowhere, it might be a deeper issue with the drive itself.
