BSOD Issues After Windows 10 Install on HP Pavilion

I'm having trouble booting my HP Pavilion 6 series after attempting a clean installation of Windows 10. I used a USB drive to start the process, and everything seemed to go smoothly until the installation completed. Upon restart, I'm faced with a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) every time I try to boot to the login screen. The errors I'm encountering are "whea uncorrectable error" and "unexpected kernel mode trap." I've tried booting with the GPU removed and rearranged the RAM, but I'm still facing BSODs. The only way I can get into the operating system is through Safe Mode. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? I've also got some minidump files available for analysis.

It sounds like you're on the right track with the minidumps. If you can boot into Windows via Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for any crash logs. Zip those files and upload them to a reliable file-sharing site like Mediafire or Catbox, as Reddit filters some links. Having multiple dump files can really help us pinpoint the issue. Also, consider running memtest86 to check your RAM for any errors.

WHEA errors are often related to hardware problems involving your CPU or PCIe devices. Definitely follow the instructions to gather those dump files. If you're unsure how to do this, there's a tool you can download that collects system info and logs that you can share with us for troubleshooting. Let us know if you need help with that!

One thing to keep in mind is that while in Safe Mode, some features of Windows might not be fully functional, like the Start Menu or search options. If you're experiencing this, it’s normal. Focus on gathering the crash dumps for us to analyze and check if Safe Mode with Networking lets you access more resources.
