I'm transitioning from using iRacing and LMU on my old laptop with a 2060 GPU, which only supported a single screen at low to mid settings, averaging around 70-80 FPS. Now that my laptop has died, I'm considering either a new PC or laptop and I'm curious if a laptop with a 5060 mobile GPU can effectively manage three monitors at 1080p with low to mid settings for sim racing. Can anyone help me gauge its performance?

A 5060 mobile GPU should perform reasonably well for triple screens, but keep in mind that connecting multiple monitors to a laptop can be tricky. You might need a docking station to get everything hooked up. Overall, it sounds like a solid choice if you're looking to upgrade!
If your old 2060 could handle a single screen, a laptop with the 5060 will also do the job for triple screens, but it’s not the most powerful GPU out there. If your budget allows, think about investing in something like a 9060xt for better performance. What’s your budget looking like?
I’m leaning towards a PC for gaming and keeping my old laptop for work while I travel. Just to clarify, since my laptop is out of commission, I'm thinking about spending around 2500 USD or 2-2.5 lakhs INR.

Yeah, just make sure you have the right setup planned. It shouldn't be too complicated to connect three monitors with the right gear.
