Can DLSS 5 Be Made to Work on an RTX 3070 Ti?

I have an RTX 3070 Ti and heard that DLSS 5 can be used with Resident Evil 5. I'd like to test it, but many of the tools I've found seem suspicious or poorly made. Is there a trustworthy way to set it up, and could the card deliver playable performance—around 30 FPS—even with low settings? I'm also curious whether similar methods work in other games.

It may be possible to force something like this to run, but an RTX 3070 Ti isn’t designed for the newer DLSS 5 features. Performance would likely be extremely poor—around a few frames per second—so it wouldn’t be practical for gameplay.

Would lowering Resident Evil 5’s settings help enough to reach 30 FPS, or is the limitation mainly the GPU’s support for the newer features?

Does the same performance issue apply when trying this with other games?
