Can DLSS 5 run on an RTX 3070 Ti?

I've heard that DLSS 5 can be made to work with Resident Evil 5, and I'd like to experiment with it on my RTX 3070 Ti. However, many of the tools I've found look suspicious or seem hastily generated. Is there a trustworthy way to set it up, and is usable performance realistic?

It may launch, but the performance is likely to be unusable—around 4 FPS according to current reports. Lowering the game’s settings probably won’t solve the main limitation, since the feature isn’t designed to run properly on this GPU. Other games may behave differently, but support and performance will depend heavily on the specific implementation.
