I'm in the US and want to build a practical desktop for around $600. It doesn't need to look flashy, but I'd like it to run most games at medium settings while also handling 3D printing, rendering, and design software. I've seen huge price differences for the same components and don't know which listings are legitimate. I'm open to buying used parts or increasing the budget, but I'd prefer to stay below $1,000. Advice or a complete parts list would be greatly appreciated.
