I have a budget of about $806 (roughly 100,000 BDT) and want to build my first gaming PC. I mainly play demanding games such as Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact, and Zenless Zone Zero on my phone, but I want to run them at high resolution and high frame rates on PC. Since I have never played PC games before, I would also like the system to support a wide range of future games.
I am located in Bangladesh, where hardware prices can be difficult, so I may need to buy used RAM or a used graphics card. My current parts list is an AMD Ryzen 5 8400F, a Gigabyte B650M K motherboard, 16GB of used DDR4 RAM, a 512GB SATA SSD plus a 256GB NVMe SSD, and a Gunnir Intel Arc B580 12GB graphics card.
Is this a sensible combination for my budget? I would especially appreciate advice on compatibility, which parts are worth buying used, and whether I should prioritize certain components now and upgrade others later.

Hardware prices may make the full build challenging at this budget, so finding good local deals will matter. A sensible approach is to start with a solid CPU and motherboard platform, then upgrade the memory, storage, or graphics card later when you can afford better parts. One important issue with the proposed list is that the Ryzen 5 8400F and B650 motherboard use the AM5 platform, which requires DDR5 memory; the listed DDR4 RAM will not work. Also, a 512GB SATA SSD plus a 256GB NVMe drive will fill up quickly with modern games, so a single larger NVMe SSD may be a better long-term choice.
Would the Ryzen 5 8400F, Gigabyte B650M K, and the two SSDs be a reasonable starting point if I purchased DDR5 memory instead? I could potentially add or replace the RAM and graphics card later.
