I have around €850 available for a gaming PC and would like the finished system to be either all black or all white. It must be possible to ship the parts to Sweden, include at least 16 GB of DDR5 memory, and stay under €850 total. I'm open to different component choices, so I'd appreciate any build ideas or suggestions.

Adding about €100 makes a compact gaming build more realistic. One suggested setup used a black case with a 650 W Bronze power supply, a Minisforum BD775i SE or BD895i SE board with a mobile CPU, an Arctic P12 Pro fan, an Intel Arc A750 8 GB graphics card, 16 GB of DDR5-5600 laptop memory, and a 1 TB Lexar NM790 SSD. The estimated total was around €948, with some of the memory bought second-hand. It should perform well for 1080p gaming and moderate 1440p settings, particularly with a lightweight gaming-focused operating system.
A brand-new build with those requirements will be very difficult at €850, especially with current DDR5 and graphics card prices. Your best options are either increasing the budget slightly or looking for some used parts locally.
That sounds like a good option if I can stretch the budget by roughly €100. I’ll also check whether used memory is available locally.
