Can I Completely Erase My TikTok History?

I'm looking to revamp my TikTok account entirely because I want to start creating new content. My main concern is whether people will still be able to dig up my previous usernames or see any history related to my old posts and comments. I'm deleting all my old comments, but I worry about what else might be out there. What can I do to ensure that no one can find out what my account was like before? Is there a way to completely start fresh without leaving traces?

You might want to think about deactivating your account and waiting for it to be deleted, which could help clear everything out. But, I get that you might want to keep your livestream features, so that might not be an option for you.

If you're really serious about this, consider changing all your account info to something totally different—like using a fake email and no phone number, then deleting your account. You could also log in to your new account on a different device or through public Wi-Fi to keep things under the radar.

To be honest, I'm not sure if it’s possible to wipe everything completely. But if you're just looking for a fresh start, why not? Start with a new username, clean out all traces from the old account, and you'll be good to go!
